Shades of Green was recently tasked to design and construct stages that would be used nationally for an international brewery’s road show. In this situation the client’s brief was quite specific. They wanted a stage that could be transported by promoters and set up at various venues, the stage needed to be white and most importantly re-usable. This particular client did not request a green or eco-friendly option however our eco policy states that we incorporate socially and environmentally responsible decision making into the planning and execution of exhibitions and in this case we did this by giving preference to: eco-friendly manufacturing materials, eco-friendly paint, and eco-friendly substrate and ink (for the print). In addition local service providers were used, minimising the carbon footprint of the stages.
